An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Advisor to join a well-established team at a busy depot in Cardiff.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (35 hours per week, 1-hour unpaid lunch break)
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Other duties may be required in addition to those listed below to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and comprehensive records and systems within the sales department.
• Ensure seamless integration between internal dealership systems and manufacturer/distributor systems.
• Process all transactions with precision and clarity.
• Regularly update and verify vehicle and customer records.
• Provide a professional and welcoming reception for visitors.
• Address customer needs while they await assistance from a Sales Executive or Manager.
• Accurately record and relay messages to the appropriate personnel.
• Ensure timely dispatch of outgoing sales correspondence.
• Handle telephone enquiries efficiently, especially during peak periods.
• Maintain and enhance the dealership's professional reputation.
• Accept vehicle deliveries and perform basic damage checks.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• A high standard of personal presentation and professionalism.
• Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience in handling administrative processes and paperwork.
• Knowledge of manufacturer systems and dealership documentation (experience with Kerridge or VSB is essential).
• Experience registering vehicles using the online RAV system (AFRL).
• A calm, organised approach to problem-solving in a high-pressure sales environment.
• Numeracy and literacy skills suitable for the role’s responsibilities.
• A friendly yet professional approach to visitors and colleagues.
