Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a dedicated and reliable Kitchen Porter to join their team immediately. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent organisational skills, and be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities:

· Ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, utensils, and equipment.

· Assisting with basic food preparation tasks as directed by the chefs.

· Maintaining cleanliness of food preparation and storage areas according to hygiene standards.

· Emptying and cleaning rubbish bins.

· Assisting with receiving and storing deliveries.

· Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.

· Collaborating with kitchen staff to maintain a clean and orderly kitchen environment.

Requirements:

· Previous experience in a similar role preferred; full training will be provided.

· Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

· Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.

· Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.

· Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.

· Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects when necessary.
