Key Responsibilities:

  • Staff Management:
  • Create and manage staff rotas to ensure optimal staffing levels.
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process to build a competent and motivated team.
  • Conduct training and development programs to enhance staff skills and service standards.
  • Operational Duties:
  • Manage wholesale food ordering to ensure timely stock replenishment and quality control.
  • Maintain high standards of health and safety compliance.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and feedback professionally.
  • Business Strategy:
  • Develop and implement effective business strategies to boost revenue and profitability.
  • Monitor financial performance, analyse key metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the restaurant and increase customer engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
