THOMAS Recruitment is extremely excited to be exclusively partnering with our client based in Coventry, providing them with the best talent. We are seeking several experienced and committed Warehouse Colleagues /Operatives to join our team on a long-term basis.

Your Main Responsibilities:

• Picking and packing orders
• LLOP driving
• Loading and unloading containers
• Fulfilling e-Commerce orders
• Voice Headset picking
• Heavy lifting involved
• General cleaning duties

Your Shifts:

• Shifts Available: NIGHT(18:00-06:00) or Days (06:00-18:00)
• Fixed days
• 3 days on / 4 days off
• Sunday to Tuesday or Wednesday to Friday rotating every 13 weeks.

Your Pay Rate:

• Days £11,75/ hr
• Nights £11,75-£14.69/ hr

Could this be you?

• You will have some experience as a warehouse operative as this would be advantageous but not essential, as full training is provided.
• Previous LLOP Experience
• You can read work instructions (English)
• You have excellent communications skills (English)
• You have the flexibility to assist with business needs
• You can adhere to health and safety policies
• You will have an eye for detail
• You are respectful to all colleagues
