I’ve been in sales since I was 16 and decided to follow in my dad’s footsteps and join the recruitment world 9 years ago.

I’ve specifically worked in freight and logistics recruitment for 8 years dealing with multiple global issues, COVID, Tariffs, recessions, wars and even a container ship getting stuck in the Suez Canal! But all in all, it has been a blast. I’ve grown from a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to a Senior, from a Team Lead to a Regional Manager and now Director of THOMAS Freight alongside my business partner, long term colleague and friend of 30 years, Jack Webb.

I’ve really enjoyed working as an extension of the THOMAS Group and I am really looking forward to what the future will bring.

I’ve been lucky enough that my work has taken me all over the US and I’ve managed to visit many clients and attend multiple tradeshows.

Outside of work my main interests are being very average at golf, watching the soccer (Liverpool fan) and painfully watching the New York Giants lose most of their games (we will win the Superbowl again one day).
