What you are paid when you take holidays will be dependent on your average earnings over the previous 12 weeks and therefore will fluctuate based on the assignments you worked on at the time.

You must contact our payroll department ( regarding holiday pay to request it and please note that holidays must be taken before the end of the leave year.

You will be paid every Friday for the work you completed in the previous week. If this is your first week working with us, you'll be paid for that week at the end of your second week of work. You will always be paid directly into your bank account.

However, if you're unhappy in your current role, please get in touch with the branch that you typically deal with or your THOMAS representative on-site, and they'll be more than happy to find a solution or discuss other available roles that we have.
