Location: BS3
Pay: £14.57 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 5am-5pm OR 7am-5pm (1-hour unpaid lunch break)
Contract: Temporary / Holiday Cover

We are currently seeking a reliable and confident Weighbridge Administrator to provide holiday cover at a busy site in Bristol (BS3 area).

This role combines administration duties with operational support on a working yard, making it ideal for someone who enjoys a varied role and is comfortable interacting with drivers and site personnel throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operating the weighbridge and accurately recording vehicle weights
  • Processing delivery and collection documentation
  • Maintaining accurate records and data entry
  • Managing inbound and outbound vehicle movements
  • Communicating with drivers and directing them appropriately on site
  • Handling general administrative tasks and supporting site operations
  • Working closely with the site team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

About You

  • Previous experience in an administrative role is essential
  • Strong data entry and organisational skills
  • Confident communicating with a wide range of people
  • Comfortable working in PPE and spending time on a busy operational yard
  • Able to remain professional and resilient when dealing with challenging or occasionally frustrated drivers
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

Training & Cover Schedule

  • Full training provided during the first week
  • Followed by approximately three weeks of holiday cover
