Hours of Work : 07.30am - 16.00pm Monday to Thursday with a 13.00pm finish on Fridays

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Assembly Operative to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling aircraft lighting components to the highest standards, ensuring quality, reliability, and safety in every product.

Responsibilities

• Assemble aircraft lighting components according to technical drawings and work instructions.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and inspection equipment safely and accurately.
• Carry out quality checks to ensure products meet industry and company standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Report any defects, issues, or improvements to your supervisor.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.

Experience

• Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing (aerospace experience is a plus).
• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or assembly instructions.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Flexible and reliable work ethic.
