About the Company

Our client is a well-established, family-run fuel and lubricant distribution business, supplying both commercial and domestic customers across the region.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Full-Time Assistant Oil Tank Installer to join our the team in Gloucester.

Working Hours

• 40 hours per week
• Monday to Friday
• 8:00am – 4:30pm
• Overtime available

About the Role

As an Assistant Oil Tank Installer, you will support the installation, maintenance, and servicing of oil tank systems at customer sites. This is a hands-on, varied role with excellent opportunities to develop your skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Installing and maintaining oil tanks
• Installing gauges, filters, and pumps
• Preparing groundworks for installations
• Connecting oil lines and performing pressure testing
• Removing fuel from tanks and conducting water checks
• Delivering and removing oil tanks
• Responding to emergency call-outs when required
• Identifying and reporting defects
• Completing all necessary paperwork accurately and on time

• Full, clean driving licence
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Customer-focused, friendly approach
• Awareness of safe working practices
• Ability to complete paperwork accurately and on time
• Previous experience in a similar role (desirable)
• OFTEC qualification (desirable but not essential)
