What will you be doing?

• Handle customer enquiries via phones and email.
• Provide accurate information on products, services, and account details.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Update and maintain customer records and account information.
• Process orders, payments, and account changes.
• Work towards customer satisfaction and service quality targets.

Skills & Knowledge

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think on your feet.
• Ability to stay calm, professional, and empathetic under pressure.
• Confident in using computers and navigating multiple systems at once.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to handle difficult conversations with patience and resilience.
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow processes, procedures, and compliance guidelines.
• Experience in customer service (phone, email, or face-to-face) is beneficial.
• Ability to work towards individual and team targets.

Pay Rate:

• £12.50 per hour

Shifts:

• Monday to Friday 8am- 5:30pm (1hr lunch)
• You need to be willing to work an occasional Saturday
