Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to oversee our cleaning operations and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a background in janitorial or housekeeping management. Duties

• Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities of the cleaning staff to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure cleanliness and adherence to quality standards.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
• Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules that optimize staff productivity while meeting client expectations.
• Address any client concerns or feedback promptly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Collaborate with management to develop policies and procedures that enhance operational efficiency.

Experience

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning or hospitality industry is required.
• Strong background in janitorial services, commercial cleaning, or housekeeping management is preferred.
• Familiarity with laundry operations and custodial practices is advantageous.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with excellent communication skills to effectively manage a diverse team.
