We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded national law firm, seeking an Associate Solicitor (3+ PQE) to join their thriving Commercial Property team in Taunton.

The Role

You will be involved in high-quality work, advising at every stage of the commercial property lifecycle – from initial planning to asset management and disposal. The team specialises in all aspects of commercial property and has an outstanding reputation for its diverse client offering.

You will work with both major businesses and smaller operators across the UK and internationally, gaining exposure to a wide range of sectors, including:

• Real Estate Investment & Development

• Social Housing

• Housebuilding

• Retail & Leisure

• Telecoms

• Banking & Finance

• Green Energy

• Real Estate Asset Management
