Key Responsibilities
Opening and closing client files
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date firm records
Liaising professionally with clients, Mortgage Brokers, and Estate Agents
Managing electronic filing systems
Preparing and issuing client bills
Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience in a Law Firm
Previous experience in conveyancing administration
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with IT systems and software
Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and meet deadlines
Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
