Job Title: Conveyancing Administrator

Salary: £23,500 per year

Are you an organised, detail-focused professional with experience in conveyancing administration? We are seeking a Conveyancing Administrator to join our clients team, supporting the smooth running of their conveyancing department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Opening and closing client files

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date firm records

  • Liaising professionally with clients, Mortgage Brokers, and Estate Agents

  • Managing electronic filing systems

  • Preparing and issuing client bills

Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a Law Firm

  • Previous experience in conveyancing administration 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency with IT systems and software

  • Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and meet deadlines

  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail

  • Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
