Job Description:

Are you a friendly, patient, and detail-oriented individual with strong customer service skills? We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join a busy and supportive team in Yate on a temp to perm basis.

About the Role:

As a Customer Service Administrator, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, handling a wide range of queries and ensuring they receive a prompt and professional service. This is a hands-on role that involves a combination of administrative tasks and customer interaction.

Duties will include:

  • Managing a high volume of emails and incoming phone calls
  • Responding to customer enquiries and resolving issues efficiently
  • Accurately updating and maintaining customer records
  • Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Supporting general office admin and day-to-day operations

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good patience and the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Proficiency in using email and basic computer systems
  • A team player with a proactive and can-do attitude

Details:

  • £14.00 per hour
  • Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:00
  • Based in Yate, Bristol
