About the Role

We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative and Forklift Driver to join our growing team. You’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of our warehouse, ensuring goods are received, stored, and dispatched safely and efficiently.

This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, ideal for someone with great attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklift trucks (Counterbalance and/or Reach) safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload vehicles, ensuring all goods are handled with care.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately for dispatch.
• Maintain stock accuracy through regular inventory checks.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and compliant with health & safety standards.
• Work closely with colleagues and supervisors to meet daily targets.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Valid forklift licence (Counterbalance and/or Reach).
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
• Physically fit and able to lift/move goods when required.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong team player with a positive attitude.
• Flexible approach to working hours and duties.
