We are seeking experienced FLT/ Picker Packer for a well-known client based in Bridgend.

Job Details

• Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently 
• Loading and unloading goods using FLT equipment 
• Moving stock safely around the warehouse 
• Checking deliveries against paperwork and reporting discrepancies 
• Labelling, wrapping, and preparing orders for dispatch 
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment 
• Carrying out stock checks and inventory tasks when required 
• Following all health and safety procedures at all times

Skills & Knowledge

• Valid FLT licence (Counterbalance and/or Reach Truck preferred) 
• Previous warehouse or picker packer experience desirable 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
• Good attention to detail and accuracy 
• Strong teamwork and communication skills 
• Flexible and reliable attitude 
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills

Pay Rate:

£28,000 to £30,000 per annum  

Shifts:

Monday to Friday 7:30am til 5pm
