Monday to Friday, 07:30 – 16:30

9-Day Working Fortnight – Every Other Friday Off

A well-established manufacturing company based in Weston-Super-Mare is looking for a reliable and hardworking Forklift Driver / Stores Operative to join the team.

This is a hands-on, old-school stores role suited to someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in keeping things organised, and is confident operating a Counterbalance forklift in a busy manufacturing environment.

Duties Include:

• Operating a Counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Moving stock and materials around site
• Driving between different company sites when required
• Manual handling and heavy lifting (up to 25kg)
• Picking, packing, and organising stock
• General warehouse and stores duties
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift licence
• Full UK driving licence essential
• Previous warehouse, stores, or manufacturing experience
• Comfortable with manual labour and heavy lifting
• Good work ethic and reliable attendance
• Team player with a practical, hands-on attitude
