We are looking for an experienced Forklift Truck (FLT) Driver to join our dynamic team in Llanishen. You’ll play a key role in supporting our production operations, ensuring materials and components are moved efficiently and safely across the site.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate Counterbalance and/or Reach FLT safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload deliveries in line with site procedures.
• Move materials and products between production lines, storage areas, and dispatch.
• Maintain accurate records of stock movements.
• Conduct daily safety checks and report any faults or hazards.
• Work collaboratively with production and warehouse teams to maintain a smooth workflow.

Requirements

• Valid FLT Licence (RTITB or ITSSAR accredited).
• Proven experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing or logistics environment.
• Strong awareness of health & safety and good housekeeping practices.
• Flexibility to work shifts and overtime as required.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
