HGV Class 1 Drivers – AM & PM Shifts – £22.66 – £29.56 Per Hour

• 4 or 5 days out of 7 per week
• Long term rota given in advance

Due to continued growth, THOMAS Recruitment is recruiting HGV Class 1 Drivers to join the team with IMMEDIATE STARTS.

The HGV Class 1 Driver Role (AM SHIFT):

• AM shift drivers will be doing stores deliveries and completing 2-5 palletised deliveries per shift around Wales and South West
• Working 5 days out of 7 per week
• Start times between 03:00-09:00

The HGV Class 1 Driver Role (PM SHIFT):

• PM shift drivers will be trunking to South Yorkshire
• Working 4 days out of 7 per week
• Start times between 15:00-18:00
• All drivers will need to pass a driving assessment which will involve a theory questionnaire and a practical driving test

Successful Candidate Will Have:

• Category C+E UK Driving Licence (maximum 6 points)
• At least 12 months of proven Class 1 driving experience
• Drivers Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC)
• Digital Tachograph Card (Digi)
• Own transport
• Excellent customer service skills and work ethic
• Willingness to adhere to all Health and Safety Policies and always wear correct PPE
