Job Role: HGV Class 1 & Class 2 Drivers

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and professional HGV Class 1 & Class 2 Drivers to join our transport team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of goods to our customers, ensuring timely deliveries and excellent customer service at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate HGV Class 1 & Class 2 Drivers
• Complete daily vehicle checks and report any defects
• Ensure all deliveries are made accurately, on time, and to the correct location
• Secure loads safely and ensure correct documentation is carried
• Maintain professional communication with clients and colleagues
• Accurately complete all delivery paperwork and logs
• Adhere to health and safety procedures and company policies
• Maintain the cleanliness and condition of the vehicle

Requirements:

• Valid UK HGV Class 2 or Class 1 license
• Good knowledge of UK road networks and driving laws
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and responsibly
• Flexibility to work occasional overtime or weekends if required
