Rate of Pay: £13.27 per hour
Contract Type: Part-time

Uniform Requirements:

• High-Vis Jacket or Vest
• Anti-slip, enclosed footwear
• Black t-shirt and dark trousers (shorts permitted in hot weather)
• No ripped jeans or offensive slogans permitted

About the Role:

Our Home Delivery Drivers are more than just drivers – they’re ambassadors for our brand. As the friendly face at the door, you'll be delivering customer orders directly to their homes while providing exceptional service and professionalism every step of the way.

You’ll be part of a supportive, energetic team that values great customer service and teamwork. When not out on the road, you’ll support in-store operations – from preparing orders to assisting customers and helping the store run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver online customer orders safely, accurately, and on time
• Provide outstanding customer service at the doorstep
• Ensure full compliance with health and safety procedures, including manual handling and legal driving requirements
• Assist with general duties in-store, including order preparation and stock replenishment
• Represent the brand professionally at all times, both on and off the road

What We’re Looking For:

• A full, valid UK driving licence (held for at least 3 years)
• Verified licence and points check
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy items safely
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• A self-starter with a positive attitude and ability to multitask
• Flexibility to work across driving and in-store duties as needed

Additional Competencies:

• Legal and client compliance awareness
• Safe operation of in-home display (IHD) systems
• Punctual, organised, and able to work well under pressure
• Comfortable wearing and maintaining proper uniform standards
