Job Overview
We are currently recruiting for CCX Line Operatives to join a busy and growing manufacturing environment in Pontyclun. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity for reliable individuals looking to build a long-term career within production.

Shift Pattern
Rotating weekly shifts:

• Week 1 (Days): Monday – Thursday, 06:00 – 18:00
• Week 2 (Nights): Monday – Thursday, 18:00 – 06:00

Overtime Available:

• Sunday night shift (18:00 – 06:00, Sunday into Monday)
• Runs every other Sunday until end of August (starting 10th May 2026)
• Paid at double time
• Additional overtime paid at time and a half (anything over 40 hours)

Key Responsibilities

• Operating production line machinery
• Handling materials and finished products
• Supporting the manufacturing process
• Maintaining quality and safety standards
• Keeping work areas clean and organised

Skills & Requirements

• Previous production or warehouse experience desirable
• FLT experience advantageous
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work rotating shifts
• Good attention to detail and safety awareness
• Driving licence preferred due to location
