Role: Drive a 9-seater minibus to shuttle groups of volunteers from the Train Station to our nearby apple orchard each morning (approx. 9:00 AM) and return them in the afternoon (approx. 3:30 PM).

The journeys between the station and the farms are short but may require multiple trips depending on group size.

Support the on-site team and volunteers throughout the day during apple harvesting activities.

Assist with basic logistics including moving crates, loading produce, and helping coordinate pick-up points.

Run errands such as collecting lunch orders, refreshments, or supplies from local shops. • Provide a helpful presence to ensure the day runs smoothly. This will include supporting volunteer briefings, setting up equipment, or general admin tasks.

Flexibility is key as some days will be busier than others depending on weather and group size. • You may be asked to wear a Felix Project T-shirt while on-site to ensure clear visibility to the group and a welcoming presence. Experience required:

Prior experience driving minibuses is highly desirable. Working with volunteers, on a farm or outdoor setting is a strong asset. • Friendly, adaptable and happy to muck in as part of a small, dynamic team.

What you need:

• A full UK driving licence

• D1 entitlement on your licence (essential for paid work)

• Valid Driver CPC qualification (or willingness to obtain)

• Minimum age: 18+

• Good knowledge of road safety and regulations

• Friendly, professional, and responsible attitude
