Job Role: Part-Time Administrator / Accounts Assistant – Temp to Perm
Hourly Rate: £12.21
Location: Cwmbran
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm (25–30 hours per week, flexible)
Employment Type: Temp to Perm

Overview:
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator / Accounts Assistant to join a growing and supportive business. This is a part-time role with the opportunity to increase hours in line with business needs. The successful candidate will have a strong administrative background and experience in accounts, particularly using Sage 50.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General administrative duties to support daily business operations
  • Processing invoices and managing credit control
  • Handling incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and emails
  • Using Sage 50 for accounting tasks and data entry
  • Maintaining accurate records and databases
  • Supporting with other finance-related duties as required

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in administration and basic accounting
  • Confident and professional telephone manner
  • Proficient in using Sage 50 and other general IT systems
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible approach to working hours, with the ability to increase hours during busy periods

Additional Information:

  • Part-time role: 25–30 hours per week (core hours between 8:00am – 4:30pm)
  • Temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate
