Job Summary
We are seeking a diligent and reliable Picker/Packer / Warehouse Operative to join our busy warehouse team. The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently handling materials, preparing orders, and maintaining stock accuracy within a fast-paced warehouse environment.

This is an ongoing position offering consistent weekly work and regular daytime hours. Previous warehouse experience is essential, and candidates must be comfortable working to targets while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Duties

• Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications using appropriate materials handling techniques.
• Load and unload goods, ensuring products are handled safely and securely.
• Assist with shipping and receiving procedures, including inventory checks and stock control.
• Maintain stock accuracy through regular stock counts and warehouse management processes.
• Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organised, and safe at all times.
• Conduct quality checks on products before dispatch.
• Follow all company health and safety procedures and warehouse processes.
• Work efficiently to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience is essential.
• Experience in picking and packing roles is highly desirable.
• Good organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Physically fit and capable of lifting and moving goods safely.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
• Good understanding of warehouse health and safety procedures.
