Mounting/printing Operator – Brislington, Bristol
£13.00 - £14.00 per hour | Monday to Friday | 08:30 – 16:30 | Temp to Perm

Thomas Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for a Machine Operator to join a well-established company, based in Brislington, Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a full-time, temp-to-perm position with great working hours and long-term potential.

About the Role:

You’ll be operating a laminating machine as part of a busy production team. Full training will be provided, so while previous experience in a similar environment is desirable, — a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are key.

Main Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor the laminating machine safely and efficiently
• Ensure the machine is set up and running to the correct specifications
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
• Carry out basic machine adjustments and maintenance where required
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Report any faults, defects, or quality issues to the production supervisor

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Previous experience in working with 7 collar heidelberg litho press (training will be provided if you don't have this experience)
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to follow technical instructions
• Reliability, teamwork, and a positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and undertake training

Hours & Pay:

• Monday to Friday: 08:30 – 16:30
• £14.00 per hour with experience, £13.00 if training is needed.
• Temporary to Permanent opportunity for the right candidate.
