Job Description

THOMAS Recruitment Group is looking for a Production Associate to join our team in Abergavenny. The Production Associate will work closely with the Production Manager and other production staff to assist in the assembly of all types of products. The ideal candidate will have a passion for manufacturing and be able to work independently or with a team.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assembly of various automotive products
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all company safety procedures
• Maintain quality control standards throughout production
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Production Manager or supervisor

Skills and Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Ability to use basic hand tools such as power pallet jack, hand saw, etc.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.

Rotating Shift Patterns

• Days - Monday - Wednesday 6am-6pm (12 Hours) and Thursday 6am - 2pm
• Nights - Monday - Wednesday 6pm - 6am (12 Hours)
