Hours: Monday - Thursday 7am-7pm and 7pm-7am 48 hours a week days and nights

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Production Operative/Machine perative to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the efficient operation of our manufacturing facility by performing a variety of assembly, processing, and material handling tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and equipment on the assembly line to ensure smooth production flow.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials within the warehouse or factory floor using forklifts or manual handling techniques.
• Conduct quality checks throughout the production process to identify defects or inconsistencies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to adhere to safety standards.
• Support maintenance activities by reporting mechanical issues or assisting with minor repairs.
• Follow safety protocols diligently and wear appropriate personal protective equipment at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and improve workflow efficiency.
• Document production activities accurately and report any issues or delays promptly.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance technical skills and knowledge of manufacturing procedures.

Requirements

• Proven factory experience or background working within a manufacturing facility.
• Experience working on an assembly line or in a similar production environment.
• Valid forklift license or experience operating forklifts is highly desirable.
• Warehouse experience including material handling and inventory management is advantageous.
