We are currently recruiting for a Extrusion/Production Operative based in Caerphilly.

What will you be doing?

· Operating extrusion/production machinery to manufacture colourfor use in plastics.

· Monitoring production lines to ensure consistency, quality, and colour accuracy.

· Handling raw materials, colour additives, and blending polymers to precise specifications.

· Conducting quality checks to meet customer and industry standards.

· Carrying out basic machine maintenance and promptly reporting faults.

· Moving raw materials and finished masterbatch products around the site.

· Completing production records and following set manufacturing instructions.

· Working as part of a fast-paced team to meet daily output targets.

· Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe working environment in line with health & safety standards.

Skills & Knowledge

· Previous experience in production, extrusion, or manufacturing is desirable but not essential (full training provided).

· Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality.

· Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.

· Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks.

· A flexible and positive approach to work.

Pay Rate:

· £12.21 per hour

Shifts:

· 8am-4:45pm Monday to Thursday 4pm on a Friday

· Start date ASAP
