Job Summary
We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a busy manufacturing site in Bridgend. This is a great opportunity to work within a fast-paced production environment, supporting the efficient and safe production of goods.

This role is ideal for reliable and motivated individuals looking to develop their skills within the manufacturing industry. Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure smooth workflow
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times
• Carry out quality checks on products throughout the production process
• Assist with cleaning, maintenance, and general upkeep of equipment
• Accurately record production data and output
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production targets
• Report any faults, issues, or safety concerns to supervisors
• Support continuous improvement within the production area

Requirements

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is desirable but not essential
• Mechanical knowledge or experience operating machinery is advantageous
• Good attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Basic numeracy skills
• Reliable with a strong work ethic
