Job Summary

We are currently recruiting for 3 Production Operators to join a leading medical equipment supplier based in Mountain Ash.

This is an excellent opportunity to work within a clean, professional manufacturing environment, producing high-quality medical equipment used across the healthcare sector. We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals with excellent attention to detail who are keen to develop their skills within a growing business.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assembling medical equipment and components to a high standard.
• Carrying out quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process.
• Following detailed work instructions and production specifications.
• Packing finished products ready for dispatch.
• Recording production information accurately where required.
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve daily production targets.
• Adhering to all health & safety and quality procedures.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse environment is desirable.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Good manual dexterity and the ability to work with small components.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards.
• A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.

What We Offer

• Monday to Friday – 08:00 to 17:00
