Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm

Shift Supervisor / Team Leader Wanted

We are currently recruiting for a Shift Supervisor / Team Leader to join a busy and growing printing company based in Brislington.

This is a hands-on role where you will combine machine operation duties with team leadership responsibilities. You will work closely with the Operations Manager and Manager to help ensure production runs smoothly, targets are met, and the team remains motivated and focused throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating and overseeing printing production machinery
• Leading and supporting the production team on a daily basis
• Ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
• Monitoring productivity and helping keep the team on track
• Acting as a key point of contact in the absence of senior management
• Assisting with staff training and development
• Promoting a positive and professional working environment
• Identifying and escalating any operational issues when required

What We're Looking For

• Previous supervisory or team leader experience is preferred
• Experience within a production, manufacturing, warehouse, or printing environment would be advantageous
• Strong communication and people skills
• A proactive and reliable approach to work
• The ability to motivate and support a team
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Applicants no Supervisor/Team Leader experience but the right attitude, leadership potential, and willingness to learn will also be considered
