The Role would include:

  • Ensure all candidates are recruited professionally in line with legislation compliance
  • Pre-screening candidates for potential job positions
  • Co-ordinate daily the temporary workforce inline with the clients fluctuating orders in and out of normal working hours.
  • Supporting admin of the team
  • Filling client requirements at a fast pace under tight deadlines
  • Writing and managing job adverts
  • Basic pay rolling
  • Collating weekly availability

The Successful Person would have the following attributes:

  • Experience within Recruitment is preferred
  • Comfortable with Microsoft packages
  • Well organised
  • Great Attention to detail
  • Articulate and Confident
  • People person with a great personality
  • Ambitious and driven
  • Resilient
  • Able to remain calm under pressure
  • Caring and passionate about the workforce
  • Own transport
