About the Role

We’re looking for a Sales & Marketing Assistant to join our fast-paced B2B team in an innovative, technical industry.
You’ll support our sales and marketing activities, helping to generate leads, manage campaigns, and strengthen customer relationships.

This is a great opportunity for someone creative, organised, and commercially minded who wants to grow their career in marketing and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with lead generation, CRM management, and reporting
• Help deliver marketing campaigns across email, web, and social media
• Conduct market and competitor research
• Assist with presentations, proposals, and events
• Provide customer service and sales administration support

Skills & Experience

• 1–3 years in a B2B marketing or sales support role
• Confident with Excel/Sheets, CRM systems (e.g. Insightly)
• Strong communication and attention to detail
• Adobe Creative Suite and basic web design knowledge a plus
• Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
