We are seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant to join our team in Bradley Stoke. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze customer needs to offer tailored solutions.

Full training will be provided for this role. You will be working alongside extremely successful Sales Consultants who will teach you tricks of the trade and give you an invaluable experience that you cannot get anywhere else!

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Ideally previous experience in outbound sales/ face to face sales
  • No previous recruitment experience is needed
  • A natural relationship builder
  • Highly motivated and money orientated
  • Outgoing personality
  • Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
  • A positive attitude and the ability to shrug off rejection
  • Desire and resilience to obtain leads via cold calling/mapping
  • A smart, business appearance without exception
  • An ability to work under pressure and think on your feet
  • Drive to meet your personal target while remaining part of an amicable team
  • Must have valid licence and own transport

You will be responsible for:

  • Identifying new business revenue opportunities
  • Building relationships with key decision makers at all levels from Managers to Human Resources & Directors.
  • Understanding the mechanics of potential clients business, what’s working, what’s not and how could we enhance their business by partnering with them
  • Arranging face to face meeting with potential clients to outline specific solutions we can provide
  • Meeting your personal and team targets
  • Successfully acquiring new clients to businesses within your geographical area
