We are seeking experienced solderers for a well-known client based in Cardiff.

Job Details

· Assemble products in accordance with work instructions (WI), engineering drawings, and controlled work instructions (CWI) contained within the Device Master Record (DMR) file.

· Carry out product testing as specified within Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs).

· Accurately complete all company documentation, including Device History Records (DHRs), worksheets, SPC records, and associated production documentation.

· Maintain a consistently high level of efficiency of 95% or above.

· Maintain consistently high standards of product quality.

· Handle all products, components, and materials with due care and attention at all times.

· Minimise scrap levels for both parts and finished products through careful handling and adherence to procedures.

Skills & Knowledge

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Experience working within an electronics manufacturing environment would be advantageous.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Excel, Word, and Outlook, with the ability to learn new systems in a timely manner.

· Strong understanding of production standards and “what good looks like” within a manufacturing environment.

· Good organisational and time management skills.

· High level of attention to detail.

· Good numerical and literacy skills.

Pay Rate:

£12.71 per hour

Shifts:

Monday to Thursday- 8am-4:30pm

Friday 1pm finish
