We are currently recruiting for Production Operators and Packing Operators to join a leading medical technology manufacturer based in Cardiff Docks.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a clean, modern manufacturing environment where quality, precision, and attention to detail are essential. You'll be working as part of a supportive team producing and packaging high-quality medical technology products used across the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating production equipment in line with company procedures.
• Assembling small components with a high level of accuracy.
• Packing finished products to strict quality standards.
• Carrying out visual quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process.
• Labelling, sealing, and preparing products for dispatch.
• Following production schedules and meeting daily targets.
• Maintaining a clean and organised workstation.
• Adhering to all health & safety and quality procedures.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience within a manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse environment is desirable.
• Experience in packing or assembly work is advantageous.
• Soldering experience is desirable, although full training will be provided for the right candidate.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow written work instructions.
• Good manual dexterity when handling small components.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
• A positive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills.

What We Offer

• £12.71 per hour.
• Monday to Friday working pattern.
• 08:00 – 16:00 shifts.
