We are seeking Team Leaders/Supervisors to join our team based in Cardiff. You will be responsible for overseeing daily waste collection operations, ensuring efficient service delivery, high customer satisfaction, and compliance with health & safety and council policies.

What will you be doing?

• Plan and allocate staff, vehicles, and resources to meet service demands. 
• Supervise frontline teams to ensure work is completed on time and to standard. 
• Monitor performance using systems and improve operational efficiency. 
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally. 
• Lead, support, and manage staff performance, conduct, and welfare. 
• Ensure full compliance with health & safety, legislation, and procedures. 
• Complete reports, including accidents and end-of-shift documentation.

Skills & Knowledge

• Experience in operations or frontline services and customer-focused roles. 
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. 
• IT literate (Excel, Word, Outlook) and able to learn new systems. 
• Full UK driving licence. 
• Knowledge of waste services and H&S (desirable).

 Pay Rate:

• £32,000 per annum 

Shifts:

• 37 hours a week
