Key Responsibilities:

• Drive new product development and supplier engagement.

• Lead value engineering initiatives to reduce costs and improve quality.

• Manage cross-functional project teams to meet deadlines and goals.

• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.

• Support operations with new product and process introductions.

What You’ll Bring:

• A recognised engineering or technical qualification.

• Proven project leadership and ownership from concept to completion.

• Experience in value engineering and continuous improvement.

• CAD software proficiency and strong analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: £38,000 – £43,000

• Working Hours: Monday – Thursday (08:00 – 16:30), Friday (08:00 – 12:30)
