TIG Welder Fabricator – Bridgend

We are currently recruiting for experienced TIG Welder Fabricators to join a busy engineering and manufacturing team based in Bridgend.

We have multiple positions available across both day and night shifts for skilled welders who are confident working to high-quality standards and producing precision-fabricated components.

Available Shifts:

Day Shift:

• Monday to Friday
• 6:45am – 3:15pm
• 39 hours per week

Night Shift:

• Monday to Thursday
• 6:00pm – 6:00am
• 48 hours per week
• Additional 14% night shift allowance

Pay Rate:

• £19.00 - £22.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• TIG welding and fabricating components to specification
• Reading and working from engineering drawings
• Producing high-quality welds with excellent attention to detail
• Ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards
• Working efficiently as part of a skilled production team

Requirements:

• Previous TIG welding/fabrication experience essential
• Ability to interpret technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Experience within an engineering or manufacturing environment preferred
