Due to recent client wins, THOMAS Recruitment is looking for an ambitious Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our established Industrial & Driving Division in Cardiff.

The Role

From day one, you’ll receive comprehensive, hands-on training to set you up for success. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Managing and developing a portfolio of clients
• Recruiting and coordinating a temporary workforce
• Filling client requirements quickly and efficiently
• Growing accounts through daily calls and weekly client visits
• Writing and managing job adverts
• Supporting with basic payroll and weekly availability collation

No previous recruitment experience is required — just the right attitude and ambition.

You’ll be:
