We are seeking a skilled and reliable Transport Coordinator to join our team based in Pembrokeshire. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by managing customer queries, coordinating orders, and liaising with internal and external teams. This is a fast-paced role requiring excellent communication and organisational skills.

What will you be doing?

  • Handling customer queries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
  • Scheduling and coordinating customer orders efficiently
  • Communicating with batchers and operations teams to ensure accurate order fulfilment
  • Raising and processing sales orders
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Providing excellent customer service and building strong client relationships

Skills & Knowledge

  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role (industry experience is an advantage)
  • Knowledge of UK transport legislation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident using computer systems and order processing software
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment

Pay Rate:

  • £35,000 to £40,000 per annum

Shifts:

  • 7am-5:30pm Monday to Friday
