About the Opportunity

We’re recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join our client’s busy distribution facility in Yate. This role includes full training to develop into a Combi Lift Driver, offering the chance to gain valuable skills in a supportive environment.

Available Shifts: Early / Rotating Shift x1

• 05:00 – 14:00, rotating to 13:00 – 22:00
• £12.67 per hour

Night Shift - x1

• 21:30 – 06:00
• Fridays: 20:30 – 05:00
• £15.38 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Picking and organising orders accurately
• Handling incoming stock and storing materials correctly
• Loading lorries safely and efficiently
• Operating warehouse vehicles (licences advantageous but training provided)
• Manual handling duties as required
• Working within H&S guidelines

Candidate Requirements

• A forklift or Combi Lift licence is beneficial, but not required
• Comfortable with manual handling—mechanical aids available on site
• Flexibility for early starts and rotating shift patterns
• Experience with timber or panel products an advantage
• Enthusiastic individuals willing to learn are highly encouraged to apply
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
