We are currently recruiting for 10 x Warehouse Operatives based in Nantgarw.

What will you be doing?

• Sorting parcels accurately into correct areas for delivery routes.
• Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Picking and scanning items using handheld devices.
• Moving stock, crates, and parcels around the warehouse.
• Keeping the work area clean, tidy, and safe.
• Working as part of a fast-paced team to meet daily targets.
• Following health & safety guidelines and manual handling procedures.

Skills & Knowledge

• Previous warehouse or parcel sorting experience is desirable but not essential.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy when handling parcels.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team.
• Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling tasks.
• A flexible and positive approach to work

Pay Rate:

• £12.21 per hour

Shifts:

• 3pm – 11pm  4 on 4 off shift pattern
• Start date 07.09.2025
