• Week 1: Monday to Friday 06:00am – 14:00pm
• Week 2 & 3: Monday to Friday 14:00pm – 22:30pm

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Operative to join our team in Bridgend. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, offering long-term prospects for the right candidate.

The successful candidate will support daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy across all tasks. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment where heavy lifting is a crucial part of the position, so a strong work ethic and physical capability are essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
• Pick, pack, load, and unload goods accurately
• Handle materials carefully, ensuring products are stored and moved correctly
• Support stock control and organisation of inventory
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily targets
• Follow all health & safety procedures at all times

Skills

• Previous warehouse experience is essential
• Fluent level of English (spoken and written)
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and consistently
• Good understanding of warehouse operations including picking, packing, and loading
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
