We’re delighted to share some exciting news: Hooray Recruitment has officially rebranded as THOMAS Professional.

This change marks a significant new chapter, as we bring our Cheltenham-based office fully under the THOMAS Recruitment Group brand. By aligning as one, we strengthen our shared vision, broaden our reach, and create an even more unified service for our clients and candidates.

Why the change?

Over the past 18 years, the THOMAS brand has become a trusted name in recruitment. As our permanent recruitment division continues to grow, bringing Hooray under the THOMAS Professional banner enables us to harness the strength, reputation, and recognition of the wider group.

Our Cheltenham team will remain focused on professional, white-collar markets — delivering the same care, expertise, and results our clients and candidates have always known us for. Meanwhile, closer alignment with our Industrial and Logistics division ensures we can offer the full breadth of recruitment expertise under one roof.

While our name has changed, our people, service and values have not. Clients and candidates can expect the same dedicated support, just with a refreshed identity that reflects our growing ambitions.

We’re also pleased to confirm that Paul Anscombe from THOMAS Professional, will be joining the Cheltenham team under the leadership of Sadie Kent, further strengthening our permanent recruitment offering.
